If your in need of an additional power source for your 15″ 19 volt notebook pc, then you can keep looking. I made the mistake of buying this item thinking that I may realize an additional 2 to 2.5 hours of run time. The first unit had to be sent back to the manufacturer,I paid the shipping. The replacement unit extends my run time by no more than 75 minutes. I’m 0 for 2 on this product and will never buy from them again.

I bought this item and paid to have it delivered overnight so I could bring it on a business trip.
The Lenovo tip was not included. Okay, no problem, I understand they can’t include every tip in the box. It cost me > $10.00 (with shipping) to get the proper tip and a week waiting for it… Another item I purchase to charge my cell phone included one free tip with the purchase. A single free tip (if not included in the box) should be included with this “ALL” battery IMHO.

I used this battery primarily to extend the life of my portable DVD player, and it worked like a charm. However, I also discovered on my overseas trip that I forgot my wall charger for my BlackBerry. I was about to set out on a search for a replacement when I remembered the USB charging port on the MP3450!
The only downside is the absence of an auto-shot off in the USB charging mode. Once I forgot to turn it off after charging the BB and it was dead the next morning. Minor hassle, but it’s still an obvious must-have feature.

There’s no clear warning about it anywhere in Amazon’s profile for the product, but the MP3450 doesn’t come with adaptor tips for certain major laptop lines, including Dell and IBM. You can go to Tekkeon’s website to order them separately (for an additional charge plus shipping, naturally) but if — like me — you ordered this right before you needed it for a long trip, well I’m afraid you’re stuck.
