So I bought this in August 4th because I needed the ergonomic support – this was good but it stops there. It worked well for a few weeks but then gremlins took over and I would type a “p” and twenty p’s would come on my computer and then the mouse sensitivity was so bad I had to restrain myself from throwing it at the wall. HP offered me an exchange but I threw this one out and went back to my company issued keyboard and bought a better mouse…

The mouse does not work and I had this product for a little more than two weeks! Furthermore, the material used to construct the keyboard and mouse set is subpar. I did not expect it to last long, but I did not expect it to last only two weeks. This product is not up to what I hold as the standard of quality for HP.

mr clean
The wireless mouse is really nice and feels very comfortable in your hand, but it will not work properly over some surfaces (like my wooden desk). You will need a mouse pad.
The wireless keyboard feels clunky and slow to respond. Be prepared to deal with a lot of typos until you get used to it…It doesn’t have a Caps Lock light! Come on! Even cheapo keyboards have that!
The keyboard has plenty of buttons for extra functions, but the options to customize them are very few. For example there is a button to launch Windows Media Player, but if you’d rather use a different media player you are out of luck.
It’s a disappointing product…
