Well my basic problem is the fact that I ordered the laptop sleeve in all brown and what I got was the one in polka dot number 7. I sent them an E-mail stating my claim and never even heard anything from them addressing the issues. I mean not even an apology for the inconvience or anything. This to me is terrible customer service.

I bought this sleeve to fit my Dell 15.4″ laptop – well it was like trying to fit into size 6 pants when you should wear a 14. It also has the chemical-y smell of the neoprene. yuck.

I ordered this item some two months ago.
Even if the long shipping time can be due to italian customs, nevertheless the laptop sleeve I received was different in colors and printed pattern from the one I saw online.
It came also with no tags and a bit wrinkled since it was put in a simple paper envelop.
All in all, disappointing, even though it’s not a remark about the quality of the product.

When I received the product, I don’t like the color. It said black, but the other color was blue. I thought it was white. Althought the color does not is one of my favorite, the protection it gives to my laptop is great.
